【Domestic Travel Conditions】
It is a travel contract condition that is common to the entire trip (tour), and the provisions of cancellation charge etc. are described.

1．Arranged Travel Contract

●For this trip, Shiretoko Tourist Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") and the customer will conclude a travel arrangement contract (hereinafter referred to as "travel contract").
●At the request of the customer, we will act as an agent, mediator, or agent for the customer, and the customer will provide transportation, accommodation, and other travel-related services according to the travel schedule. We undertake to arrange so that you can receive the provision of "Travel Service".
●When arranging a trip, we will charge the fare, charges and other expenses (hereinafter referred to as "travel price") to be paid to the transportation / accommodation institution, etc., as well as the prescribed handling fee.
●The contents and conditions of the travel contract are based on this travel condition document and the standard travel agency contract / arranged travel contract section (hereinafter referred to as "our contract").

2．Travel Application

Please fill in the required items on the prescribed application form at our company and our contracted sales office (hereinafter referred to as "our company") and apply to the dealer with the following application fee.
The application fee will be treated as part of the travel fee or cancellation fee or penalty.
For some travel contracts, the full amount of the travel fee will be charged at the time of application.

3．Conclusion of Contract

The arranged travel contract shall be concluded when we accept the conclusion of the contract and accept the application fee.
In the case of a communication contract, it shall be established when the Company issues a notice to the effect that the conclusion of the contract is accepted.
However, if the notification to the effect that the application for the contract is accepted is sent by E-mail, fax, answering machine, etc., it shall be established when the notification arrives at the traveler.

4．Issuance of Finalized document (final schedule)

We will give you the final travel itinerary, which describes the meeting time, the name of the accommodation institution, and the business status of the transportation agency, at the latest by the day before the travel start date. (We will try to deliver as much as possible around 7 to 10 days, but it may be just before the start date depending on the business situation.)
However, if the application is made 7 days before the travel start date, it may be handed over on the travel start date.

5．Payment of Travel Fee

The full amount of the travel fee must be paid 20 days before the travel start date.
For some travel contracts, the full amount of the travel fee will be charged at the time of application.

6．What is included in the Travel Price

Fares and charges of the transportation agency specified in the travel schedule (aircraft are ordinary seats unless otherwise noted), accommodation expenses, meal charges, travel handling charges, taxes such as consumption tax, passenger facility charges (if necessary by the airport) and Other costs specified in particular.

7．Cancellation Fee

If you cancel the contract at your convenience after the contract is concluded, you will be charged a cancellation fee for the travel fee at the following rate per customer.
In addition, if some customers cancel the contract due to the participation of multiple people, the difference price for the change in the number of users (per unit / room) from the participating customers to the transportation / accommodation facility, etc. Will be charged respectively.
●If the schedule, flight, or other travel details are changed due to the customer's convenience, a separate change fee will be required. As a general rule, the above cancellation fee rules apply.
●If you pay the travel fee, the amount after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded. In the case of bank transfer, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer. If you pay by credit card, you will be refunded by credit card, not by cash or bank transfer. If you have already sent the coupons, please return them to us. It will be refunded after receiving the coupons.
●Please note that requests for cancellation or change after our holidays and business hours will be treated as the next business day.

8．Our Responsibility

●The scope of our responsibility is limited to the arrangements described in Section 1 (2).
●When the Company causes damage to the customer due to the intention or negligence of the Company or a person who has made the arrangement on behalf of the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “arrangement agent”) in fulfilling the travel contract, the customer will be injured. We will compensate for the damage caused. However, this is limited to cases where the Company is notified within two years from the day following the occurrence of the damage.
●In principle, we are not liable for (1) in this section if the customer suffers damage due to the following reasons.
1. Natural disasters, wars, riots, or changes in travel itineraries or cancellations due to these.
2. Cancellation of services such as transportation / accommodation, change of travel schedule or cancellation of travel caused by these.
3. Orders from public offices. Foreign immigration or quarantine due to infectious diseases.
4. Accident during free action.
5. Food poisoning.
6. Theft.
7. Delays, interruptions, route changes of transportation facilities, changes in travel itineraries caused by these, or shortening of staying time at destinations.

9．Customer Responsibility

● In the event that the Company suffers damages due to the intentional or negligent acts of the customer or actions contrary to laws, regulations, or public order and morals, the Company shall claim compensation for such damages from the customer.
●The customer shall make use of the information provided by the Company and endeavor to understand the rights and obligations of the traveler and other details of the tour contract as described in the contract document.
●If, after the commencement of the tour, the Participant recognizes that the tour services described in the contract document differ from those described in the contract document, the Participant shall promptly notify the Company, the Company's arrangement agent, or the tour service provider thereof at the tour site.

10．Travel Conditions by Correspondence Contract

The Company may accept "applications for tours by telephone, mail, facsimile, or other means of communication" from cardholders (hereinafter referred to as "Members") of cards issued by the Company or credit card companies (hereinafter referred to as "Partner Companies") with which the Company is affiliated, on condition that "payment for the trip will be received without Member signature" (hereinafter refer

In addition, the "prescribed fee for cancellation of contract" set forth in Paragraph 8 shall be refunded within 7 days from the day following the day on which the cancellation request is made, as the card usage date, after the amount deducted from the trip price.
