Travel Conditions (Excerpt)
1．Recruitment type planned Travel Contract
　This trip is planned, recruited and implemented by Shiretoko Tourist Co., Ltd. Customers who participate in this trip will conclude a recruitment-type planned travel contract with us.(Hereinafter referred to as "our company" and "travel contract")
2．Formation of Contract
　The travel contract shall be concluded when we accept the conclusion of the contract and accept the travel fee.
In the case of a correspondence contract, the contract shall be concluded when the Company issues a notice to the effect that it accepts the conclusion of the contract.
However, if the notification to the effect that the application for the contract is accepted is sent by e-mail, fax, answering machine, etc., it shall be established when the notification arrives.
3．Issuance of Finalized Document (Final Itinerary)
　Our company will give you the final travel itinerary, which describes the meeting time, the name of the accommodation institution, and the business status of the transportation agency, at the latest by the day before the travel start date.

4．Payment of Travel Fee
　Please pay the travel fee (activity experience participation fee) by credit card payment or PayPal payment within 2 days from the arrangement completion date.

6．Cancellation Fee
　If you cancel the contract at your convenience after the contract is concluded, you will be charged a cancellation fee for the travel fee at the following rate per customer.

If you have paid the activity experience fee, the refund will be the amount after deducting the cancellation fee.

7．Special Compensation

For certain damages, we will pay a predetermined amount of compensation and visitation money.
8．Itinerary Guarantee
　In the event of a material change in the contents of the contract, the Company will pay the customer compensation for the change in the amount of 1-5% multiplied by the tour price in accordance with the provisions of the General Conditions of Travel Business.
9．Customer Responsibility
　If the Company suffers damage due to the intention, negligence, law, public order and morals of the customer, or the customer's failure to comply with the provisions of the Company's terms and conditions, the Company will claim compensation for the damage.
10．Handling of Personal Information
　Our Company will use the personal information provided in the application form submitted at the time of application for the tour for the purpose of communicating with the customer.
